The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these rental and e-ticket processing fees.
An invoice is issued by the Vendor and given to the Customer upon delivery of the e-tickets ordered.

The transfer of ownership of the Products from the Vendor to the Customer will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of said Products.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and are subject to the terms and conditions of sale and internal regulations.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase or sale of goods pursuant to these GTCS, which are not settled amicably by the seller or by mediation, shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
Acquisition of this ticket implies acceptance of the venue’s rules and regulations, available from the venue. This e-ticket will be checked at the entrance by an electronic scan. Only tickets purchased at authorized sales outlets are valid. Tickets purchased on the street will not be accepted. This ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The resale of this ticket at a price higher than the one mentioned (including rental fees) is strictly forbidden under penalty of sanctions provided for in the Penal Code (Law of June 27, 1919). The organizer may be required to modify programs, distribution and schedules. If the date of the show is changed, tickets will be validated on the date scheduled by the organizer. In the event of cancellation, only the price indicated on the ticket will be reimbursed, including rental fees and excluding ancillary costs (transport, hotels, parking, etc.). Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded or replaced. At the time of purchase, please check the name, date, place and time of the show, as well as the price indicated on the ticket.

For security reasons, at the entrance to the hall, spectators may be required to undergo a security pat-down and/or visual inspection of their hand luggage and/or a search of this luggage by authorized security staff. Access may be refused to anyone refusing to submit to these security measures, without refund. The show starts on time. Latecomers may be refused entry without refund. After the scheduled curtain-up time, numbered seats are no longer guaranteed. It is forbidden to photograph, film or record in the auditorium without prior authorization. Bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. All exits are final.
The use of cell phones is strictly forbidden.
In the event of audiovisual recording of the show, spectators are warned that their image may be included.
